There are seasons in life when who you have been is no longer who you are. Roles shift, relationships evolve or end, and the ways others see you or need you can change suddenly. In the space that follows, the question arises: Who am I now?
This workshop invites you to meet yourself in those moments, not as someone who has been diminished, but as someone ready to live with greater clarity and sovereignty. Through an intuitive creative process, you’ll explore what stays true at your core, what nourishes you, and what is ready to be reclaimed or reimagined.
Your sense of self is not defined by a title or a role. It is a living thread that moves through every change, guiding you toward choices that honor your needs as much as they meet the needs of others.
You may find that this work brings greater clarity around how to care for yourself when what others need from you feels all-consuming, and how to rediscover yourself when roles shift or come to an end.
This is a two-hour recorded experience that includes a channeled journey (guided meditation) and a guided Neurographica drawing practice.
If you are not already familiar with Neurographica, please begin by practicing the Neurographic line and rounding before starting the workshop. The short demo video below walks you through the basics. Take time to practice until the movement feels comfortable and natural.
