What Does it Mean to Live Your Medicine
Living your medicine is a practice of remembering who you are at the deepest level. It is the way you move through the world when you choose to honour yourself as both Spirit and human, in reverence for Earth and all living beings. It is a return to your original agreement with life, guided by intuition, shaped by your lineage, and held in relationship with Earth as a living being.
Living your medicine means you listen. You soften. You act from the wisdom that rises within you instead of the noise around you. You understand that your choices ripple through your relationships, your community, your ancestors, and the unseen world.
It can look like:
• Trusting your inner signals
• Moving in rhythm with the seasons
• Letting your creative instincts lead you into clarity, alignment and deeper self-knowing
• Quieting the mind to listen to the communications from your ancestors, your guides, the beings of nature and your higher self
